Do you work inside our existing PM/EHR?

Yes. We work in your system — Athena, Tebra (Kareo), DrChrono, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, and others. We don't ask you to migrate. We do ask for read/write access for our coders and a payment-poster role.

How fast does onboarding take?

Accepted Answer

Most practices are live on Korps within 2–3 weeks. Week 1 is access, payer mapping, and historical A/R review. Week 2 is parallel running. By Week 3 we're fully operating your cycle and you have a Friday digest in your inbox.

What specialties do you support?

Accepted Answer

Primary care, pediatrics, dental, dermatology, behavioral health, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and most outpatient specialties. We staff coders by specialty, not by lottery — your account lead will confirm coverage before we sign.

Are you HIPAA-compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're HIPAA-aligned with BAAs, SOC-2 Type II controls, role-based access, audit logs, and US-based staff for any PHI handling. Our security packet is available under NDA.

How is pricing structured?

Accepted Answer

Two options: a percentage of net collections (typical for full RCM) or a flat monthly fee for scoped engagements (coding-only, A/R clean-up, credentialing). We quote after a 30-minute consult and a look at your A/R aging.
